Colonial Chocolate Making

Embark on a delicious journey back to the 18th century and witness the captivating art of chocolate-making! Our presenters from The Pewter Pot LLC in Salem, CT will demonstrate the traditional tools and methods used to transform the humble cacao bean into rich, delicious chocolate. We’ll see the entire process from roasting to refinement – and sample some of the results! Products from The Pewter Pot will be available for purchase after the program. Who knew history could be so delicious? This FREE program will be held in the Harwinton Town Hall Assembly Room. All are welcome.
