Documentary Film: “Top Hat & Tales: Harold Ross and the Making of The New Yorker”

Please join us on Friday, March 28, at 7:00 p.m. for a screening of the film Top Hat & Tales about the history of The New Yorker, this year celebrating its centennial.

Narrated by Stanley Tucci, the film includes interviews with The New Yorker writers and editors, past and present, including Roz Chast, David Remnick, John Updike, Lee Lorenz, Roger Angell, Lillian Ross, Calvin Trillin, as well as Alistair Cooke and Charles Schulz, among others. Producer and director Adam Van Doren will introduce the film (50 minutes) and be available for Q&A after the film. Please register here.
