For over twenty five years, Chef Paige DeFeo has been a private chef for some of the entertainment industry’s most beloved names (who shall remain unnamed for privacy’s sake). A graduate of the Institute for Culinary Education in Manhattan, this native New Yorker made the move to Northville several years ago and, as the founder and owner of Bleu on Bank in New Milford, has brought her elevated culinary aesthetic to Litchfield County’s entertainment scene, catering events for some of the area’s most well-known residents.
Chef Paige will present the perfect class for the holiday host. After learning how to make a pair of holiday cocktails, participants will create a festive charcuterie with cheeses and homemade gluten-free seeded crackers before learning how to prepare some impressive hors' d'oeuvres that will transform any holiday gathering into a true celebration.
