Gunn Memorial Library - The Art of Sound Meditation, with Jeanine Chayka
In uncertain times, practicing mindfulness is crucial. The Gunn is introducing Jeanine Chayka's guided meditations and sound healing sessions, designed to activate the relaxation response, soothe the mind, unwind the body, and harmonize the nervous system. Using the sounds of her crystal and Himalayan bowls, drums, and other vibrational instruments, along with her guided meditations, participants are transported to a space of healing and renewal.
Jeanine believes self-care is the cornerstone of healing and achieving inner balance, positivity, and spiritual nourishment. She believes that every person is valuable and deserving of compassion and care.
