The Qigong for Winter workshop will focus on the water element which, according to Traditional Chinese Medicine, is associated with the winter season. You’ll learn exercises and acupressure points that are especially effective during this time of year for promoting health and resilience in your joints, bones, kidneys, endocrine system, and brain, all of which are associated with the water element.
