Yoga for Everyone! Beginner/Intermediate Vinyasa

Whether you are brand new to yoga, or a regular practitioner, we have a spot for you.

We will be using the online yoga classes provided through DoYogaWithMe, a wonderful resource based in Canada.

There will be a staff member present to help assist and guide patrons who may have questions.

Class levels and focus will be guided by the needs and requests of participants.
